Who Are We?

Setting up targets at the range.
Peninsula Long Rifles is a club whose members are dedicated to the art of primitive shooting. Founded in April of 1970, our range is one of the few places on the peninsula where muzzle loaders can practice their art. We have a beautiful 100 yard range, with a backdrop of evergreens and the Olympic Mountains.

There are plenty of shoots, potlucks and other events to attend. Twice a year PLR holds a rondezvous; an event spanning several days, with multiple shoots and other attractions. People from all over the pacific northwest come to shoot or trade. For more information on what is going on when, check the events page.
